Who I Am

I was born in Provo, Utah, raised all throughout the US including Connecticut, Ohio, Idaho, and ultimately landed here in Colorado. As a young kid, I was interested in a lot of different subjects, disciplines, organizations, and ideas. I spent a lot of time reading books, playing outside, and connecting with the people around me.

As I got older, I found myself pulled towards the concepts of craftsmanship and attention to detail. My parents and experiences taught me that exceptionalism comes from the heart you put into something, and the willingness to be wrong or accept that something can be improved. This fostered a deep care for any project I involved myself in. As a result, I strived to be the best in everything I did. At 16, I started in varsity football games as a sophomore. At 18, I broke the school’s Power Clean record. At 21, I released my first self written and produced album with me playing every instrument and recording it all myself (it wasn’t the best, but I did it). At 23, I met my wife and son and we started our journey as a family. During our first 4 years together, I was taking 12 credit hours of college classes, working 40 hours a week, coaching high school football, and playing in 2 different bands. In 2018, I had my second child and bought my first home. In 2019 I released a full length album with my band Stray Suns and our songs can still be listened to on all streaming platforms. I wrote most of the music and all the lyrics for that album. At 27 I graduated with a 3.87 GPA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver. At 28, I was the General Manager of a $2.5 Million foundation repair branch, and grew it to $8.5 Million in two years. In 2024 I was in one of the most popular cover bands in West Michigan called Simply in Time and we had won 40 hours of studio time to record more music. At the end of 2024, everything fell apart…

We almost foreclosed on our house because I had lost my high paying job 2 years earlier and lost my passion for corporate America altogether. I was unable to find consistent work that satisfied my desire to learn new things and allowed me to bring the fullest expression of myself to the team. We racked up bills trying to keep the lights on and kids fed, ultimately resulting in a surrendered move back to Colorado in my parent’s basement in my high school bedroom. This has been the hardest 2 years of my entire life. Since 2023, I’ve experienced the worst and the best humanity has to offer. And while I’m proud of all my accomplishments, you can’t take them with you, and your kids don’t care how many trophies you have, only that you are there for them and can keep them safe.

So this year, I decided to stop trying to fit myself into a job or career that tells me what I am. I want show the world who I am and who I believe myself to be. This means every day I create something new, whether it’s a work of art, a project, or a new relationship with a client, I work to create something that has staying power. All of my interests and my good health have allowed me to find a wealth of knowledge in multiple industries, disciplines, experiences, and relationships. Now, I want to apply my knowledge by offering a wide range of services to you.

Why not just sell one service, one thing?

The basic answer - I don’t want to. I find that my life is richer, more fun, and generally easier to manage when I am able to jump from job to job, task to task, and give my total devotion to it. I know for many that may mean they produce half done work, but for me it means I create something truly unique. And when I take on a job, I see it through to the end, meaning I won’t leave your job until it’s done. When you hire me, not only are you getting my wealth of experience, you are getting touchpoints from various disciplines, subjects, and experts I lean on for support. I may seem like a one man show or project, and for much of the manual labor I am. But when it comes to the business consulting, music, or coaching you receive, I reach out to multiple people getting their perspectives on the best way to approach helping you with your project.

I got my degree in Psychology because people fascinate me. Their ability to adapt and overcome is astounding. Their creative vision is overwhelming at times, but I want to help you bring that vision to life, and I know that may look different for each person. You may be a busy mom just trying to keep things in order, so let me help you clean your home or car. You may be a single dad who just needs to get that project done, so let me help you build the deck or finish the space. You may be a business owner who needs someone to see what you see, but apply motivation and discipline from the different angle, call me to consult on your work. Or my favorite, you may be a band, musician, or just a couple looking for that perfect song for your event.. I’ve got you covered.

Why Should I call you and not Someone else?

You shouldn’t just call me, you should always call 3 contractors minimum and see which one fits your needs best, and if none of them feel like the right fit, then you call three more. But when I take on a job, I guarantee I will leave you with something noteworthy. From cleaning cars to running businesses, I have had my hands in the dirt and my eyes on the P&L (Financial Books). I am no stranger to hard work and there is no better feeling in the world than seeing someone satisfied with the results of my work. I have literally shoveled through sewage as a General Manager for a customer that needed the work done before their family came home for Christmas. I guarantee you will not be dissatisfied.

I do this for my family and for you.

The money keeps my lights on and my kids fed. That’s it. I’m not looking to get rich, and I’m not looking to MAKE a living. I’m looking to LIVE, and I want you to have that opportunity too. There is some much we are responsible for as adults in this world now, it becomes hard to make sure we have our priorities straight. Let me take some of the work off your hands and give you back time for your family.
